Product Issue: Damaged/Wrong/Missing Parts

Please include a snapshot of the outer packaging and the items received. Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup and ensure a hassle-free exchange process.

Refund Policy

For damaged items, we will process a return once we’ve received and inspected the item. You’ll be notified promptly about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
